At nGenius Prep, we provide every student with personalized attention to help them excel in their academic journey. We customize our one-on-one tutoring plans to support ACT test preparation and high school academic subjects, giving your child the tools they need to succeed.
Flexible Tutoring Credits
We make it simple to get started with personalized tutoring support for your student. Most families begin with our 4-session package, which includes four (4) 85-minute one-on-one tutoring sessions focused on your student’s specific academic needs.
Sessions can be used for ACT Test Prep, AP Calculus, Chemistry, Algebra, English, Essay Writing, or nearly any other high school subject.
After completing the initial package, families have the option to continue with additional tutoring sessions at discounted pricing.
In Person or Online
We offer tutoring sessions either in person at our Madison, AL office or online via Zoom, giving families the flexibility to choose the format that works best for their schedule.
Whether your student prefers face-to-face instruction or the convenience of online learning, nGenius Prep provides personalized academic support designed to help students build confidence and improve results.
If you’re looking for a comprehensive approach to ACT preparation, we’ve got you covered! In addition to our one-on-one tutoring services, nGenius Prep offers a full ACT Test Prep Program designed to maximize your student’s success. This program includes personalized one-on-one sessions, small group instruction, practice tests, and more. Visit our ACT Test Prep Program page to learn how we can help your student excel on the ACT and achieve their academic goals.

All one-on-one sessions with our experienced team of coaches, tutors, and advisors are 85 minutes. Over years of trying different session lengths, we find that 85 minutes is the optimal time to fully answer students’ questions, while not losing their attention.
When you enroll at nGenius Prep, our staff will pair you with the appropriate academic or ACT test prep tutor to provide outstanding support to your student’s needs.
Our sessions are scheduled 7 days a week, subject to the availability of our tutoring team. In-person sessions can be held during our office hours (see hours at bottom of page). Online sessions can be held anytime your schedule allows throughout the week.
We use Zoom for all of our online sessions. You will receive a meeting link prior to the session that you will connect to. Any homework or other study material can be emailed to our team prior to the session.
After you checkout, you will receive a link to an online form that will ask you questions about your preferred schedule and other relevant information to help us get you started! After we receive your inputs, we will work with our expert tutors to get your schedule set — usually with a day or two of completing the online form. If you have any questions about your scheduling, please contact us at support@ngeniusprep.com!
All credits are intended to be valid through the end of the school year that you purchase them in. This means they are good through May 31 of the current or following year (depending on when you purchase). At that point, any unused credits will expire, with no refund or further credits provided. Any credits purchased between May 1 and May 31 will be good for 30 days.
A “Session Credit” is good for one (1) 85 minute tutoring session either online or in-person. Credits cannot be divided for shorter sessions.
All high school academic subjects are covered! We have multiple tutors that can support a number of different subjects from math to science to english/writing to history! Just let us know what you need and we will be sure you are paired with a tutor that can help you the best.
